Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and are charged for on a per session basis.
Hypnosis and trauma sessions can be longer and will therefore be charged dependant on duration of the session, being agreed prior to commencing.
Fees can be paid by cash or by bank transfer (payable on the day of the session) and can also be block booked and paid for in advance.
Bank details for payments will be provided by your individual therapist either during your phone consultation or in your initial assessment session.
Concessions are available, however these are limited and on a case by case basis.
Cancellation policy
Planned absences and holidays will require a minimum of one week’s notice, when planned absences will not be charged for. For appointments cancelled with less notice therapists will endeavour to rearrange the appointment, but where this is not possible or outside the time frame full payment will be required.
If your therapist is unwell or unavailable, they will also try to offer you an alternative day or time where appropriate.
We aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours and hope that you appreciate that when we are not available to reply immediately then it is because we are working, fully focussed with a client, as we would be with you.
