Psychotherapist and Integrative Counsellor MBACP

Julie Greenhalgh

In our journey through life, we can become lost and caught up in negative thoughts and feelings. This can change our perception and take us out of balance. It may also affect our well-being by creating problems in our relationships which may lead to anxiety, depression or low self-esteem.
Understanding patterns in our life that cause distress helps facilitate insights into the core of our thinking, our self belief, our behaviour and the imposed limitations to bring about change. Past experiences shape how we view ourselves within key relationships and in society, but they do not have to define our life.
I offer a holistic approach to counselling. We work together in a safe, non judgemental, confidential and trusting environment. You will be listened to with warmth, compassion, empathy and acceptance. Together we will explore and understand your issues more deeply, and you will begin to build resilience and feel empowered to use your own inner wisdom, and access your own inherent ability to grow and develop.
Life will start to unfold for you with more ease and peace, so you start to live a more fulfilling stress free existence, which will transform the way you experience your life.
