I am the Founder of Open Mind Counselling Services, a qualified and experienced counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My work is supervised in accordance with their professional requirements and covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, I offer a confidential safe space for you to unburden and feel heard. My ethos is to respond to your individual needs, anxieties and distress, providing the right conditions in which to work through your concerns.

I am experienced in working with survivors of traumatic events and the long term effects on mental well being.

I have trained and qualified as an integrative counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist and trauma therapist. I use a combination of these models to best tailor the therapy to your specific needs.

Training and qualifications

Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
CPCAB level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
Brainspotting Trauma Training Phase 1 and 2.
